Return Policy

This Return Policy ("Policy") governs cancellations, refunds, and modifications for all sports tourism packages, fan tours, tickets, accommodation, and related services ("Services") purchased from AlphaProSport ("we," "us," or "our"), operating at alphaprosport.com and serving customers primarily in Canada (CA). By booking any Service, you ("Customer," "you") agree to the terms outlined below. Please read this Policy carefully before confirming your purchase.
1. General Principles
AlphaProSport acts as an intermediary and tour organiser connecting Canadian travellers with official ticket suppliers, hotels, transport providers, and local fan guides. Because many components of our packages are procured on a prepaid, non-refundable basis from third-party suppliers (including football clubs, hockey arenas, airlines, and hotels), our ability to offer refunds is subject to the recovery of funds from those suppliers. We always endeavour to maximise refunds on your behalf and will communicate transparently throughout the process.
2. Booking Confirmation & Deposit
Upon receipt of your booking request, our manager Paris Ralph will confirm availability and issue an invoice in Canadian Dollars (CAD). A non-refundable deposit of typically 30% of the total package price is required to secure your reservation. The remaining balance is due no later than 45 days before the event date unless otherwise agreed in writing. Failure to pay the balance by the due date may result in automatic cancellation without refund of the deposit.
3. Cancellation by Customer
If you cancel your booking, the following schedule applies to the refundable portion of monies paid (excluding the non-refundable deposit and any non-recoverable third-party costs):
- More than 90 days before departure: refund of 70% of amounts paid beyond the deposit, subject to supplier terms.
- 60–90 days before departure: refund of 50% of amounts paid beyond the deposit.
- 30–59 days before departure: refund of 25% of amounts paid beyond the deposit.
- Less than 30 days before departure: no refund, except as required by applicable law or covered by travel insurance.
Cancellations must be submitted in writing to [email protected] with your booking reference number. The date of receipt of your email determines the applicable cancellation tier.
4. Event Cancellation, Postponement, or Relocation
If a sporting event is officially cancelled and not rescheduled, we will pursue full refunds from ticket issuers and pass recoverable amounts to you, minus a reasonable administrative fee not exceeding 10% of the package price or CAD $150, whichever is lower. If an event is postponed or relocated, we will offer to transfer your booking to the new date or venue at no additional charge where possible. If you cannot attend the rescheduled event, standard cancellation terms apply to any recoverable amounts from suppliers.
5. Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend that all Customers purchase comprehensive travel insurance covering trip cancellation, medical emergencies, baggage loss, and travel delays. AlphaProSport does not sell insurance directly but can provide guidance on coverage suitable for international sports travel. Insurance claims are handled between you and your insurer; we will supply documentation to support your claim where appropriate.
6. Non-Refundable Items
The following are generally non-refundable once confirmed: initial deposit; issued match or event tickets; visa invitation letters; personalised merchandise; and any third-party service explicitly marked as non-refundable at the time of booking. Visa application fees paid to embassies or consulates are the Customer's responsibility and are not refundable by AlphaProSport.
7. Changes & Transfers
Name changes and package modifications may be permitted up to 30 days before departure, subject to supplier approval and an administrative fee of CAD $75 per change. Transfers of bookings to another person may incur additional fees from airlines or hotels. Downgrades to lower service categories are treated as partial cancellations under Section 3.

We aim to process approved refunds within 14–21 business days to the original payment method. If you are not satisfied with our resolution, you may seek remedies under applicable consumer protection laws in your province of residence in Canada.
AlphaProSport reserves the right to update this Policy at any time. Material changes will be posted on alphaprosport.com with an updated effective date. Continued use of our Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
